Oil Less Chapathi(Enne illda Chapathi)





Ingredients
2 Cups Wheat Flour(Chapathi Hittu)
Water(Neeru)

Method 
Take a big plate put the chapathi flour on the plate and pour how much water it requires make to the dough.Put the dough aside for
15 minutes. Take a little bit of dough and make it like a ball. Then take a roller and to roll on the dough to make it to hand-sized circle. Then place it on the tava or pan. When little bubbles starts to show up flip it on the other side.When its big bubbles starts to showing up take the chapathi off the thava or pan,then turn the other side up and place it directly on the grilled plate thats on top of the stove.Your chapathi will rise(like Poori).Take the chapathi put it on the plate.


Now your chapathi is ready to eat.
Makes 2 servings.
